Which Missouri Girls' teams improved the most during the 2021-2022 season - 3/22/2022
I looked at the Missouri Boys teams that improved the most this season by comparing early season ratings and rank to their final placement in Gramps Braggin Rights ratings. I am also going to analyze how much improvement girls' teams have made over the past three seasons.
The Missouri boys' team improvement was blogged HERE:

Here are the links to all of the final Missouri boys and girls basketball ratings:

So why bother? Why post improvement by any criteria? Well, Gramps ratings reward the most highly-rated teams but what about the most improved? It is sorta like the basketball awards that teams hand out at banquets every spring. The awards always include the team MVP AND the most improved player.
And is it not the coach's goal to make the team better from the start of the season to the end of the season? We need to recognize those coaches and players that worked the hardest to improve over the season.
So here are the most improved teams for 2021-2022 by rating (how much their team rating improved from December to March) and by ranking (how much their team rose or fell in Gramps Braggin Rights rankings). I have listed the top 50 for rating and ranking and then all 527 teams below those two tables:
The top 50 by rating improve. I have listed the team's state rank and their early season and final rating and the improvement in ratings from Dec-March.
